Our conditions

Booksellers are invoiced according to usual trade terms.

Orders are received by mail, telephone, fax or e-mail.

Invoices are made out the same day that the books are shipped.

One copy of the invoice is sent by fax or e-mail to inform the customer about the shipping mode and date.

Books are shipped by regular mail or airmail (on request) or by any carrier chosen by the customer.

Shipping charges are invoiced to the customer.

Invoices are in Canadian dollars.

No return is accepted without written authorization.

Orders are accepted for one or several copies.
